For crew members on an active job, we may collect location in the background so job posters can track arrival and progress in real time. Location is tied to specific jobs and recorded as route points for proof of service.
• Photos and camera data: with your permission, we access your camera and photo library to let you capture and attach job site photos.
• Job and activity data: jobs, crew assignments, status updates, timestamps, and job lifecycle events you create or interact with.
• Device and usage data: device type, operating system, and log data used to operate and secure the Service.

2. How We Use Information

• To provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
• To connect crew members with jobs and enable real-time arrival and route tracking.
• To create an audit trail and proof of service for completed jobs.

3. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as follows:

• With job posters and crew: relevant location, status, and job information is shared with the other parties to a job.
• Public tracking links: if you generate a share link for a job, anyone with that link can view the associated live tracking and job status until the link expires or is revoked.
• Service providers: vendors who host our infrastructure, provide maps, or support app functionality, under obligations of confidentiality.
• Legal reasons: when required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users and the Service.

4. Location Data Controls

You can enable or disable location access at any time in your device settings. Disabling location may limit core features such as crew tracking and job matching. Background location is used only while you are participating in an active job.

5. Data Retention

We retain account and job data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Location route points and job event records may be retained to maintain proof-of-service history. You may request deletion of your data as described below.
